My name is Nicoleta Kanzlsperger. I was born in Romania and I am living in Germany for over 20 years.

In years of business relationships between German and Romanian companies I gained a great expertise and a strong network of partners in both countries.

During business meetings in Germany I began to realize that clients of some sectors were having trouble to find qualified professionals.

My economic know-how allows me now to comply my clients’ wishes by offering the possibility to find qualified professionals in Romania.

This was the impulse that led to the foundation of enkawo.My main goal is to enable both countries to make an economic step forward.
