The lack of trainees today will cause missing skilled workers in the future. Specialized professions are threatened to extinct due to the actual scenario where more people are retiring than young skilled workers taking their places, especially for aging countries like Germany.
In 2013 there were not enough young Germans to fulfill 33,000 trainee positions. Due to this fact, enkawo created a Training program to support companies of affected sectors, bringing motivated Romanian students to fulfill training vacancies in the fields needed.
